Went through this car wash when it first opened for a free wash which ended up costing me $150. It bent my driver's side wipe blade to a point where it didn't lay on the windsheild properly. My wipers were turned off and I followed every instruction. But when I exited I noticed it was bent. Brought it back for a claim and pictures were taken. Never heard a thing back. I will stick with the touchless car washes. Update: I reached out to them again at the email they provided in their response. And still haven't heard a thing. So to whomever washes their car here, I hope you don't have to pay for repairs after

I signed up for the initial promo wash package and made sure to cancel it before the month ended. I was told everything was taken care of, yet they continued charging my card anyway. When I tried resolving the issue, management kept saying only one specific person could issue refunds, but he never returns calls and they refuse to provide any contact information for him. Extremely frustrating customer service and very poor business practices. I would strongly recommend avoiding the wash packages here.

I signed up for the monthly membership within days of them opening, and I have really enjoyed it. The interior detail supplies are awesome- and more than you can find at any other car wash included in your monthly price. I’ve never had an issue going through the wash and I go several times a week. Today was my first negative experience- when I was going through for some reason my car didn’t get on the track properly. The female attendant seemed so annoyed/frustrated to be there, was giving mixed signals, and even made a nasty comment to me. I also saw her saying something while my window was up, but did not catch what she said. I was confused so I asked what her hand motions meant since she told me to stop, then reverse, then go forward.. and she said “maybe if you weren’t giving me attitude you’d listen to what I said”.. I am totally understanding if someone has a bad day, or doesn’t truly enjoy their job. But to make that comment to a customer who only asked where she wanted me to go (WITHOUT attitude! The wash was busy with a car in front of me and behind me so I was a bit anxious, but not in any way rude!) is absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful. Now I feel uncomfortable r

I normally go to Hoffman but I wanted to try the new car wash. I went today and then drove 3 minutes down the road (which was dry) and noticed my car was clearly not cleaned thoroughly. I messaged the chat option on the website and they told me to return to the location and speak with someone. I went back and the girl was extremely nice and understanding and agreed that the back wasn’t cleaned. She notified her boss and he started giving her a hard time about it and made her close the door to the booth so I couldn’t hear him. He tried to say that I went and drove around and got my car all dirty and came back. He was practically yelling at her and being rude to the poor girl and told her to make sure she got all of my information. He agreed to let me go back through after all of that back and forth but how unprofessional and disappointing. I understand there are people out there who are untruthful but this was clearly not the case and I am very disappointed and certainly will not be returning. However the young lady was so kind and understanding hopefully she goes somewhere that she is appreciated and respected as an employee.

This car wash is AMAZING!!! Prior to my wash my car was coated in a heavy layer of road salt and mud I wish I had taken a before picture because I can’t believe how incredibly clean this made my car!!! The owner was super informative and explained all the different plans as well as what they do for my car. He greeted me with a smile and was very nice. I also love the fact this place has towels and spray for me to use to clean my car because I never carry any of my own in my car. Photo was taken during a snow storm right after my wash! Definitely will be coming here again!!!
